Mentor Application – Women in Surgery Mentorship Program

Mentor Responsibilities

• Participate in an introductory call with the mentee
• Create a signed mentor/mentee agreement with the mentee
• Attend CAGS CSF in Montreal (September 5-7th, 2019) to meet the mentee.  *If this is not possible, we can arrange a phone call to connect.
• Assist the mentee in identifying specific goals and in her area(s) of mentorship
• Provide opportunities for monthly interaction with the mentee
• Complete a brief participation survey summarizing your mentor experience at the conclusion of the program in October 2020
