The purpose of the Membership & Digital Engagement Committee is to engage members in CAGS activities, to assess member needs, to articulate and communicate the value of membership and to develop strategies to recruit and retain members to ensure excellence in surgical patient care for all.

The Membership & Engagement Committee conducts a regular member needs assessment to inform the development of member programs and services.  Findings are shared with all relevant CAGS committees and used to develop a communication strategy.

The committee meets quarterly.
